1. Is it Tuesday morning?
The Fire Kirin lobby shows a notice that the platform is in scheduled maintenance every Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 am Eastern Time, and logins may not work during that window. Wait until it ends and try again.
2. Check your connection
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or move closer to your router. Fish games in particular need a steady connection.
3. Open the link again
Close the game completely and open the link we sent you again. If you use the app, close it fully and reopen it.
4. Update or reinstall the app
If you downloaded the app and it will not open, ask us for the current link and install it again. Your account and balance are kept on the server, not on your phone.
5. Login refused?
